FiReP® GRP High Pressure Injection Rockbolt

The FiReP® HIPREX FRP high pressure injection system with bolting-effect to the rock is a new development of a FRP high torque tube ,valves and integrated packer for the use of stabalizing fractured rock and mineral by combination ofinjecting 2-component resins and bolting.
The high torque hollow bar wears an expansion packer with integrated retain valve;
Futher valves are assembled at both ends of the tube - the entry valve at the head of the system shows a check valve and at the othe end a valve in form of a burst disc.
When starting the injection process the check valve will be opened and the medium will run throught the hollow bar filling it and inflating the packer. The retain valve opens but ensures that the medium will not flow backwards if the hydraulic pressure will be reduced. After filling bolt and packer up to a certain pressure the disc will burst and give way for rock injection. After finishing the injection procedure thhe retain valve will close again keeping back the medium. After curing of the medium the hollow bar will be fixed in the hole with high bonding load and olting effect.
The FRP system allows cutting during heading or winning mineral. The rapid heading won’t be alloyed.
The high corrosion resistance allows permanent application with high durability.
The light weight makes the handling easy even under narrow underground conditions.
